Schüco and the WWF Germany

A strong partnership with combined expertise: Since 2018 Schüco has been striving for greater sustainability in the building sector and working with the WWF.

Critical friend and partner

In the partnership, which runs until 2026, Schüco and WWF are working  together to make an important contribution towards a sustainable economy. The aim is to increase the positive ecological impact of corporate activities in the building sector and to further reduce negative effects.

In the partnership, Schüco has already established ambitious and science-based climate protection targets with WWF and developed a supplier code to ensure environmental protection and human rights along the supply chain.

The next years will now be about implementing further effective measures to achieve the set objectives. The WWF is supporting Schüco in the definition and introduction of the right measures. Alongside climate protection goals, Schüco also wants to integrate the circular economy principle even further into the development of new products in future, thereby contributing to better conservation of resources in the construction industry in the future. Again, the WWF is accompanying this transformation in the company.
