Schüco has a number of certifications for buildings, individual products and management systems. You can download the certificates here.

Cradle to Cradle certificates

The circular economy model we use for our aluminium systems relies on certifications in line with the Cradle to Cradle Certified® products programme. A total of 57 Schüco systems have already been certified as Cradle to Cradle. Here is our Silver certificate (pdf, 156.2 KB) and our Bronze certificate (pdf, 157.5 KB).

VinylPlus®

As part of the VinylPlus® initiative, Schüco Polymer Technologies is implementing objectives for sustainable raw material procurement, reduced emissions, energy-saving machine technology, sustainable processes and control of material cycles. This allowed the PVC-U products from Schüco Polymer Technologies to meet the exacting criteria of the VinylPlus® Product Label (pdf, 404.3 KB).

ASI Performance Standard

The ASI develops industrial standards for the sustainable use of aluminium, from raw material extraction, production and use, through to recycling. Schüco a founding member of the ASI has been certified in accordance with the Performance Standard since 2019. DIN ISO 14001

The Schüco environmental management system at the site in Bielefeld is certified by the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) in accordance with DIN ISO 14001.The certification is monitored on an annual basis. The Schüco quality management system is certified by the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) in accordance with the international quality management standard ISO 9001.
